Modulational instability of ion-acoustic waves in a dense quantum plasma

چکیده

Modulational instability of ion-acoustic (IA) waves is investigated in an unmagnetized quantum plasma by adopting equation state for Fermi electron gas. To this end, a basic set one-dimensional hydrodynamic equations reduced to nonlinear Schrödinger using the reductive perturbation method. Quantum corrections are described nondimensional parameter H proportional diffraction parameter. Based on normalized temperature and chemical potential, new criteria modulational IA obtained analyzed. Moreover, formation rogue due propagation modulated packets form bright dark envelope solitons examined two different types astrophysical regions: white dwarf stars warm dense matter.
